MY SPECIALTIES

INDIVIDUAL COUNSELLING

Individual therapy is a process through which clients work one-on-one with a trained therapist—in a safe, caring, and confidential environment—to explore their feelings, beliefs, or behaviours, work through challenging or influential memories, identify aspects of their lives that they would like to change, better understand themselves and others, set personal goals, and work toward desired change.

COUPLES THERAPY

Couple's therapy attempts to improve romantic relationships and resolve interpersonal conflicts. The therapist assists the couple to establish an open and communicative relationship where issues can be resolved together.

DEPRESSION

Living with depression can be incredibly difficult and affects your daily life, making it hard for you to find enjoyment in day-to-day activities. Speaking to a psychotherapist can help us understand what we need. If your feelings start affecting many parts of your life, this is a sign you may need professional support.

ADDICTION

Addiction is often linked to mental health problems. If you have an addiction problem it may have started as a way to cope with feelings that you felt unable to deal with in any other way. Therapy can help you to find different ways of coping with your feelings.
